SPONSOR LEVELS

Thank you for your interest in the Baytown Special Rodeo Association (BSRA).  We are excited to make a difference in the lives of these very special children.

The mission of the BSRA is to provide an annual fun filled, western themed day of activities and entertainment for mentally and/or physically challenged children and their families.  We strive to instill in each child a sense of community and the belief that they are special and important.

In past years each special child was given his or her own stick horse, event t-shirt, bandana, cowboy hat and other goodies as a memento of a great day.  They will be able to ride a horse, pet small farm animals, play games (and win lots of prizes), enjoy various jumpy/bouncy houses, sing karaoke, and enjoy many other wonderful activities, entertainment and much more.  A free lunch is also provided to all participants, their families, and volunteers.

This event is 100% free for these special children and their families.  BSRA is a non-profit 501c(3) organization and it is through the generous support of sponsors that make this event and all activities possible.

Several levels of sponsorship for this event are available.  They are as follows:

• Cattle Baron - $3,000
• Ranger - $2,000
• Trail Boss - $1,000
• Rancher - $500
• Ramrod - $250
• Cowhand - $100

Sponsoring companies from Ramrod to Rancher will have their names printed on the back of the Event T-shirt (see deadline information).  Event shirts will be given to each special needs child and volunteer who has registered for the event.

Trail Boss through Cattle Baron sponsors will have their company's name and logo printed at the top of the Event T-shirt (see deadline information), their name listed on the sponsor page of the BSRA website (www.specialrodeo.org) and a link to their website.  These companies may also post a banner at the event.
